For property managers
Ingestion is free and stays free. You pay only when we introduce a verified renter who fits what you have published.
Your listings sit alongside every other property on Renters.com. There is nothing to pay to appear, no featured tiers, and nothing you can buy to rank higher — because a renter looking for a home is badly served by a search result that was sold rather than matched.
Renters come to us first and tell us what they are looking for. Before anyone reaches you, we check the basics line up: their budget against what you are asking, when they need to move against when it is available, the kind of place they want and where, pets, and anything else you have specified.
You still screen your own applicants. What we prevent is both of you spending an afternoon on a place that was never going to work.
An XML or JSON feed URL, a CSV, or a note about whatever system you use. We will work out the rest.
We normalise your fields to ours and come back to you with anything that does not line up. Nothing goes live until you have seen it.
They stay in sync from then on. Update a property in your system and it updates here.
Only then does anything cost you. We will go over the fee before you are charged, and nothing is billed until you have agreed to it.
We do not take aggregator feeds and we are not trying to ingest the whole market. Every company we bring on gets mapped properly and checked by a person, which means we would rather do a handful well than a hundred badly.
